The CGI was the worst I have EVER seen. Obviously Sigourney was seduced with a Co Producer role. The story really tarnishes legacy of Ridley Scotts and James Cameron masterpieces. Just disregard this insulting nonsense. Appalling and the CGI was disgraceful. It looked like amateur's were paid minimum wage !!!!!!! This abomination truly tried to destroy the franchise. Just utter POOH. Those who directed, funded and and were sucked in to be involved should hold there heads in shame. Sigourney clearly had a financial stake, otherwise she would never have been involved. I wondered if Cameron gave her any advice.
The 2 main actors, Edgeton and Bale did NOT pull this off. They did not create believabilty in there parts. I just kept comparing it with Heston and Brennar and it came up short. The 10 commandments was an epic of story telling which had you involved despite its length. The cast was poorly chosen and the narrative just not engaging. Dont get me wrong, I think they are both fine actors but they didnt suit the characters they had to. Sigorney Weaver was a very poor choice for her part. Ridley Scott is an epic directly but failed in casting and story telling. When you think of Scott and his magic you only have to look at Gladiator and this was far from that.
