I didn't like the movie at all. It was just a mess of red lights and repeated visual effects, an uninspired collage of shots that recall scenes from each and every Alien movie. What was the point of making something like this? Was it to put the final nail in the coffin for the Alien saga? It seems long overdue!

The inclusion of teenagers in the plot is completely illogical, even if they are supposedly tech-savvy. We're not talking about using a microwave or the latest smartphone here; this is advanced space technology! The whole thing is nonsense, with incoherent storytelling and a lack of real suspense. I've wasted two hours of my time !

Thank God I did not pay attention to the score and started watching straightaway.. is an interesting story very well portrayed, good art direction and photography. Excellent music.. what else should I ask from a film ? I find annoying the fact that viewers should give such a low score.. is simply unfair !

As others have mentioned here, this is a phycological thriller - not a horror movie - so, from that point of view is a very interesting story, I would have given 7 stars to be more precise, however I find very unfair the overall score based on the bad reviews some others have given, so I feel morally tempted to give 9 in order to help upgrade it a bit .. (hope it makes sense) Once again: This movie is worth watching !!!

Perhaps because I started watching it without any kind of expectations? But the point here is that this is simply a brilliant phycological drama with thriller atmosphere. Going deep into the origins of compulsive disorder behaviours, a well portrayed journey into its emotional and affective roots. The script rhythm is perfect, with a sober ending. Acting (specially Haley Bennett) are great... Photography and editing are very assertive. Is a well deserved 10 !
