I just rewatched Forrest Gump after many years, eager to see what memories it would stir and how I'd interpret it now. It's truly a masterpiece - and undeniably immortal.
Tom Hanks delivers a genius performance. Throughout the film, he embodies Forrest so completely, only rarely (I counted only two instances!) breaking character with his natural voice or laugh. He's a pure actor, an undeniable and total legend.
The entire cast is brilliant, with each actor adding depth and relevance to the story. What's more, this movie is incredibly accessible; you can dive right in without needing to read the plot or watch a trailer. It's a must-watch classic for a reason.

Imagine Autobots & Decepticons as pals! We see Omega & the Constructicons, builder bots, BFFs, creating Crystal City. Then, Megatron's mind control turns friends into foes, shattering Omega's world. He vows revenge, but the story hints at hope for forgiveness. Not the flashiest robots, but the feels are real! Omega Supreme's past in "Secret of Omega Supreme" shocks! Megatron's betrayal turns allies into foes, shattering Omega. A tale of loss & hope, with classic animation & robot battles. Must-watch for Transformers fans, especially those yearning to understand the enigmatic Omega Supreme and the tragic events that shaped him.
It was the end that Red deserved.
It's not easy for us, the series fans, as he gained our sympathy throughout the seasons. But Red was a bad person. He has killed innocent people, manipulated and evaded his rightful judgment too many times.
Red didn't listen to anyone. He had no real friends, because he could not trust anyone. The task force were his allies as long as he needed them; The rest of the time they were his toys.
Since Liz was killed, Red has lost his spark. He didn't care if he could be caught; But no one could catch him. So it is simply poetic that the one who ended his story was not a man.
And yes, even at his end - he did it his way.
