steve-dunn's rating
The BBC have axed this show - more's the pity.
Its just funny! The whole cast, children and adults are excellent - and all play off each other very well. It has some of the feeling of 'Two pints of lager & a packet of crisps' - not just because of Will Mellor. Some of the humour is similar and as good.
How a good family sitcom should be made - apparently it didn't set the ratings alight - wonder if it was properly advertised (we came across it by accident, sandwiched between Miranda and Mrs brown - it was the outstanding show of the 3, so we downloaded season 1 and the rest of season 2.)
Very sad there will be no more - recommend it wholeheartedly to anybody with a sense of humour.
