In my opinion, it would have been a perfect series without the awkward ending. If Breaking Bad had an unnecessary season 5, Better Call Saul had 4 final episodes that deprived it of a 10. Like Game of Thrones and (too) many other series (among which I would only list Seinfeld), Better Call Saul has an unnatural ending, made only to leave the viewer with the impression that evil will always be punished. By law or by himself. Unfortunately, the sensational performances of the actors were fined by a stupid decision (by the producers, I suspect), which distorted the entire concept of the series. Ten plus for actors, script and direction up to episode 60, zero for producers for the last four episodes...
I really wanted to see this movie, considering the names of the actors who play in it. A movie with John Travolta, Morgan Freeman, Famke Jenssen, Brendan Fraser, Robert Patrick and Peter Stormare it should be a delight. Unfortunately, this was torture. Screenplay - zero, direction - zero, acting - zero. Yes, even these special actors acted as if they were waiting to get off the set as soon as possible, only the landscapes and vintage cars brightened up the monotonous atmosphere.
The only interesting thing in this whole pot is Brendan Fraser, who, in a small role, somehow announces here his triumphant 2022 return with The Whale.

Sam Rockwell, Adrien Brody and Saoirse Ronan in a movie? A crowd pleaser! But they also failed to save this film. Boring, with many silly moments, I struggled to watch it until the end just to see a little more this three fabulous actors, especially Saoirse. In addition, splitting the screen into two, three or four parts, too many times, seemed tiresome and did nothing to enhance the quality of the film.
The blame belongs exclusively to the screenwriters and, above all, the director, who badly cut an excellent material. I think Agatha Christie would turn in her grave if she saw this version of one of her best works. To avoid.
