Just finished the 3rd episode & it's 1:48 am ct. I cannot stop watching. Amazing thus far! I'm a die-hard Chicago Bears fan who grew up watching the Bulls & the Cowboys as a Chicago kid in the 90s. I almost forgot how great this team was even though I've always known the end results. Amazing to see that they built this team from nothing into something special.
Ignore the low ratings. Must be anti-Cowboy fans. Shouldn't matter who you are a fan of but I get it, I couldn't watch 5 mins of Aaron Rodgers "Enigma" or whatever it's called, but lets face it, A-Rod is kind of a turd as a person. Similar to Favre. If they were cool, I'd watch it even as a Bears fan but neither are cool guys. Brady's docs are great, but this is the best football doc series I've ever seen & compares to The Last Dance.
Excellent overall editing, music & sound incl. Extremely high & redefined images with sound fx from the field gives this doc great edge. Perfect interviews- not a yawner by any stretch of the imagination. Yes, I do feel like some players are being left out but that's how it goes in these successful documentaries. You gotta watch the sidebars for more from guys like Luc Longley or Toni Kukoc on youtube if you loved "The Last Dance" so I hope the same goes for the Cowboy stars who didn't get their due (at least assuming they don't later having finished 3 episodes).

Don't watch this 27:00-27:59 minute if you're looking to avoid finding out what happens for the upcoming season(s) as it will show you.
Obviously, most ppl watching this know but maybe you forgot so want to watch the next 1.5 episodes without knowing exactly what happened.
My wife didn't know at all but noticed after I said "spolier alert" 30 secs after it happened & she's now upset that she knows what is gonna happen when she had no idea.

What an under-the-rader find I found! Best show I have watched in the last couple yrs! Too bad this hasn't gotten the notoriety it deserves. Lots of boxing movies but not many, if any, boxing shows. Holt M. Is a tremendous actor. I never seen him in any shows until I watched Mindhunter- which is phenomenal & maybe my favorite show of all time- they need a season 3 already... Then seen him in Shotcaller which was a great movie & amazingly underrated as well. But the other actors in the show are great as well- the Dad was in American History X, the wife from Braveheart & the brother from Thirteen Hours! All played great roles in this show. Even if you're not deeply into boxing, you should appreciate the drama & storyline that really feels like it's based on a true story & believable.
