I am 36 years old and happily married. I have three children, all teenagers. I am a telephone lineman in Santa Barbara, California. I watch a ton of movies, mostly at home, due to the cost of going to the theatre for a family of five. I have a huge personal DVD collection, almost 1000 titles strong. I am very oppinionated and don't mind sharing my views.

This series is horrible. The very first thing you notice how bad the animation is. With what they can currently so with animation it was almost shocking how bad this was. It is not even as good as Final Fantasy: Spirits Within, which is 23 years old. The lighting effects are horrible, the character move like the plastic army men from Toy Story and the mouths just make random movements when the characters talk.

As bad as the animation is I could have gotten past that if the story was good. Guess what, it wasn't. No character development, nothing to care about and the main character realization falls flat on its face.

I wish I could get the time back I wasted watching this drivel.

  • This movie is garbage

I think A24 produces so really great movies. Even the ones that are that great are ok to watch. So I went into this thinking I was going to at least not hate it. Boy was I wrong. 90% of the acting is so terrible, especially Rachel Zegler. I don't see how she gets any roles. As someone who lived through Y2K I thought this could be a decent premise but I don't know how you go from computers crashing lame robots. The means of death are so avoidable that no one should have ever died but I guess when you can't act your way out of wet paper bag it is hard to side step a drill on a roller skate. Anyway overall this movie just sucks.

What a sensationalized piece of crud. This is no more than an exploited fictional work of someone's imagination. Drug addicts are going to be drug addicts no matter what they have to do to get drugs. I know people who suffer from real pain and taking away effective medications have hurt the ones who really need it. Not only that but now that the actual drug addicts cant get prescribed medications we have a fentanyl problem in this nation that is being ignored and people are dying by the scores because of it. Thinks like this series perpetuate lies pushed by people who dont understand what real pain is like.
