These are the ones that speak of redemption on some level, of a certain sacrifice, and a life lived for something other than Self. As well as the timeless truths of virtue under pressure, friendship born of suffering, and doing what's right even when it costs you. 

Goodness and doing the right thing have become old to us as a people, and it is costing every one of us. 

We want to be entertained, we crave stimulation, and are addicted to ourselves. These films are the opposite of all that, and they are Good - and good for you. They will speak medicine to any heart that hears what they have to say . . .
