This film did not get the exposure that it really needed. I applaud the writers and producers for doing a fantastic job of blending facts, well-known secrets, tabloid reporting, and an insurmountable amount of investigative journalism to create this film. I know the libs probably won't like it, but I think it is a perfect expose of what exactly happens when a political crime family is in operation for darn near 50 years? Hunter Biden is an entitled druggie and the film does a delicious job of showing that--and it does show compassion in places where deserved.
It was enlightening as well as entertaining.

That accent Rohm used was not even close to a Texas accent. I couldn't stand the parts where she had lines. That kind of ruined the movie for me. It could have been so much better with a different actress choice.
This movie had a very important re-telling that seemed to be lost with the subpar acting. Hopefully, as this mystery has never been solved, there will be another movie come out where better actors are chosen for the roles. The only talent in this movie was the actor who played that creepy character named Glenn, and the female actress who portrayed Sharon, the mother of Nichole. That was the most interesting part of the movie.

As I diehard Knots Landing fan from it's premiere in 1979 through the last episode in 1993, I have to say this episode 2 in Season Six just might be one of my favorites of that season.
First of all, KL was one of those nighttime soaps that didn't really hit it's stride until mid-Season 3. The course of how it was laid out went from an episode to episode drama to more of the continuing story soap opera. But the casting and talent only got better. So it really carried it's own until probably the last season which was kind of painful...but I digress.
The reason I loved this episode is because it is the last episode until a Season 14 appearance that we have to tolerate the whiny, loud-mouth Diana!!! Her fits of shouting were nerve-wracking throughout the first 5 seasons. Not sure if that was the way the writers wanted her characterized, or Lonow just over-acted/over-reacted. But she was definitely one of the characters who I seriously wanted to slap.
