The story is lame, a tenager killer who somehow so attached to a boy and doing anything to save him. This reminds me to "The Man from Nowhere" when Won Bin went berserk to save a little girl (his neighbour) but at least there are some relationship building between them to make the story more believable.
The martials fights and gun fights are decent but it suffer from camera movement and the dark-tone of the pictures, make it looks more chaotic and uneasy to follow. Some action choreography imo arent applicable in the fight and just to make the movie looks cooler but not. Like the ninja which has full armor and can block the sword w/ the armor but when blocking the sword (which helds by both the opponent hands) , but cant slash him with the katana in her hand, or that close range shootout which fail to wound the important villains, and so on. From all of the characters, I only impressed w/ Umbra. She's convincing enough. So overall, I give score 7 to this film, because those action scenes are not easy and this film quite full w/ actiom scenes.

Don't expect thick plot, stellar acts, heart wrenching performance or oscar worthy script, special effects/cgi etc from this movie. If you're an action fan like me, you will see that Expendables series about a group of veteran action stars deliver good action flick for their loyal fans. And their enemies are getting younger, now we have Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais and Dan Chupong. For me, it's like these veteran are opening the path for these new action stars
The best way to enjoy this movie is by going to cinema with your friends to have some fun together and leave your brain outside. Actually there are some good one liners. A friend commented that the good guys feels like some harmless, sociable but cynical old veteran while the villains is like those young and genius trigger-happy deserters who lust to kill and burn. In short, we have quite a good time in theater and have some fun discussion after that. Especially that love acene between Fox and Statham which look so fake.
