Steve is rushed to hospital after a car crash; Jesse saves him, but while still partly under anesthesia he believes he sees a murder by a doctor with a knife, or rather injecting him with a lethal syringe. Needless to say, his claims are put down as hallucinations due to his state of mind.
One patient deceased around that time, Edgar Wellers, had quarreled with his wife Ashley, who inherits his fortune and is a retired nurse with a hospital pass and has him cremated too soon for a thorough second autopsy. Jesse has invested 'a truckload' in the pharmaceutical company which develops the promising cancer drug Lexomite, on the advice of a company saleswoman he dates.
When the company's stock takes a dive, as the trials have run out of statistically sufficient numbers of living patients, the Sloanes suspect the killer could be connected to the program- this track has more surprises in store..
Another solid episode with Heidi Marks riding the temperature a little a widow who might have been responsible for her sixty four year old husband. She did hate him and would inherit his money. But maybe she's too obvious - it could be doctor Hart? He's acting a mite too fishy. Or it could be someone else.

Kendra Masterson commits a series of elaborately planned crimes, using her lover Jake Myers as muscle, who dispatches the wife of her other lover, millionaire Roger Andrews. She frames Roger for the murder of his wife, and later kills Myers, whose corpse she ships to Egypt in a sarcophagus crate.
Before Andrews's arrest, Masterson scams half a million dollars out of him to care for her nonexistent "insane brother". The Sloanes must figure out all of this as well as investigating a staged fatal car accident which Masterson orchestrated in order to switch identities with a psychiatric patient named Beverly Scott.
Hottie Andrea Roth plays Kendra, a charming murderess with a vendetta and who conjures up a sure fire plan to achieve it. She's so cool and smart- there's three murders here, more twists and turns and a killer -quite literary - performance by Andrea.

The airplane Mark and Amanda are taking for a medical conference in Zurich (Switzerland) is delayed to wait for alternative co-pilot Ron Manners, a reputed womanizer. Later, Mark finds Ron's corpse in the toilet, neck broken, and starts looking for the murderer among over 100 passengers plus staff after contacting Steve, airplanes being extraterritorial.
Then several crew members are found unconscious, cause unknown, leaving no pilot, just passenger Martin Donner Kingston, who has US Air Force experience.
Steve finds the originally scheduled co-pilot, knocked down but alive, though suffering from a seizure. Mark figures out it's a binary poison triggered by an aspirin, possibly administered at the hotel to all staff the lab confirms: it's a spy toxin. Steve has terrible news after checking the passengers' records...
A murder in an enclosed area, high in the sky- a passenger aircraft. Some lunatic is causing murder and mayhem; luckily Mark Sloan and Amanda are on board and they get to the bottom of this mystery in this sharply tuned episode. Quite suspenseful.
