This was a truly awful film, the script & acting was worse than Love Island, the premise was an interesting one but unfortunately very badly handled. It was just laughable and not in a good way. I would genuinely rather watch The Happening on an infinite loop than watch this film ever again.
I laughed my ass off constantly at this show, I have a 9 year old and my god has she tested my patience, I totally relate to their behaviour and I found it painfully funny. All the bad reviews literally state the overuse of bad language, but this is the way people talk these days. Highly recommended.
The story is pretty decent, I actually quite enjoyed it, it nips along at a decent pace, the violence is effective and the soundtrack is rollicking. My major issue with it is the Nigel Benn fight scene at the end of the film is quite clearly a videogame, the way the characters move and the way the faces are pixelated is ridiculous. Aside from that though its decent enough entertainment.
