Despite a seemingly modest budget, the series excelled in all aspects, maintaining consistent engagement and suspense from start to finish. The narrative delivered a poignant social commentary, highlighting the persistence of certain societal issues. Monika Panwar's performance was exceptional, showcasing a remarkable range of emotions, portraying innocence, fear, and ultimately, a terrifying persona unlike anything previously seen in Indian cinema. The supporting cast also deserves commendation. Special recognition is due to writer Smita Singh, whose skillful execution of the script is evident. Having previously enjoyed her work on *Sacred Games* and *Raat Akeli Hai*, I am highly impressed. Rajat Kapoor, as always, delivered an excellent performance, and I anticipate the next season will further explore his character's mysterious side. I eagerly await Season 2.
The film delves into the deep-seated, suppressed emotions and underlying truths that families often attribute to fate or destiny, living under its shadow. Hats off to the director and writer. You've set a new benchmark for mystery thrillers. This is the best Malayalam thriller of the decade.
The first half sets the stage, establishing the storyline. The movie then ascends to another level toward the interval with surprises, endless doubts, and answers. The second half is filled with recurring shocks and goosebumps, showcasing the brilliance of the script. The climax is an embodiment of an emotional breakdown and will be one of the most talked-about sequences.

*** A Total Fun Ride Movie ***
In his previous movie, Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, director Vipin Das told a social message. Here, he brings out an entertaining movie reminiscent of those by Priyadarshan and Siddique-Lal.
