Stumbling upon this 2025 action thriller movie by random chance, and with it being a movie that i hadn't already seen, nor actually heard about, and seeing that it had Aaron Eckhart on the cover, I have to admit that I needed no persuasion to give the movie a fair chance. I found the 2023 movie "Muzzle" to be adequately entertaining, and thus needed no persuasion to watch this sequel.
The storyline in the movie, as written by Carlyle Eubank, Jacob Michael King and John Stalberg Jr., proved to be fair, much akin to the 2023 first movie. But it was somewhat struggling with a slow paced narrative, which meant that it was far in between the action sequences. And the movie did suffer from that.
Of the entire cast ensemble in the movie, I was actually only familiar with Aaron Eckhart. The acting performances in the movie were good.
The action sequences in the movie were fair, though personally I could have wished for more of them, as it would have helped spruce the movie up quite a bit.
Watchable, for sure, and certainly an entertaining enough movie for what it was, and if you enjoyed the 2023 movie "Muzzle", you will also enjoy this sequel.
My rating of director John Stalberg Jr.'s 2025 movie "Muzzle: City of Wolves" lands on a five out of ten stars.

Needless to say that I had indeed never even heard about this low budget zombie movie titled "Atom the Amazing Zombie Killer", despite the fact of being a huge zombie afficianado. But given my love of all things zombie, and stumbling upon the movie by random chance here in 2025, of course I needed no persuasion to sit down and watch the movie. Though I have to admit that I had absolutely zero expectations to the movie given the movie's cover.
Writers Zack Beins, Tim Johnson and Richard Taylor put together a script and storyline that sort of fell short of entertaining me. It was just simply trying too hard to be funny with the poorly written characters and situations. And it just fell to the floor without leaving much of an impact or a splash. And thus, it was not a particularly enjoyable movie to sit through, which made 77 minutes feel like an eternity.
Of the entire cast ensemble in the movie, I was only familiar with Lloyd Kaufman. The acting performances were a mixed bag of nuts; some were adequate, while others were rather questionable.
The effects in the movie were nothing outstanding to write home about.
For me, this movie was somewhat of a difficult movie to sit through, as it failed to cater to my interest. It was lacking severely in both the zombie and comedy genres. But then again, I never were much of a fan of the movie that Troma spewed out. But hey, if you do enjoy their movies, then you should also enjoy "Atom the Amazing Zombie Killer".
And this is, without a doubt, not a movie that I will ever return to watch a second time.
My rating of directors Zack Beins and Richard Taylor's 2012 movie "Atom the Amazing Zombie Killer" lands on a really, really generous three out of ten stars.

Stumbling upon the 2022 movie "Babe Beach" by random chance here in 2025, and never even having heard about it, of course I opted to sit down and watch it. But I have to admit, that given the movie's title and cover, then I wasn't exactly harboring the biggest of expectations to the movie.
Writers Cagney Larkin and Bobby Canipe Jr. Put together a rather bland and monotonous script and storyline here. There are far, far better raunchy comedies readily available out there. Sure, it wasn't among the worst of storylines in a raunchy comedy, but trust me, you're not in for anything grand here.
It was a comedy that was rather devoid of actual comedy. Go figure.
Needless to say that I was not familiar with a single actor or actress in this low budget attempt of a raunchy comedy. While it wasn't exactly bad acting performances, I have to say that it was rather forgettable and bland mostly. Something does come to mind, though, why these particular performers?
I am sure that diehard fans of raunchy comedies such as this will get a bigger kick out of this 2022 movie than I did.
This is definitely not a movie that I will return to watch a second time.
My rating of director Cagney Larkin's 2022 comedy lands on a most generous two out of ten stars.
