It's so non-standard that it's beautiful as a phenomenon.
First, you don't understand what you are watching. Then you're getting into it. And later, all that blood and violence in the 2023 movie is bold and fresh. Fight scenes, choreography, camera work are top-notch.
I have huge respect for Bill Skarsgård. Despite having so many restrictions on the character, he managed to play it dramatically. That's a great skill.
As for me, this movie is a masterpiece in its own class. It is outstanding and beautiful on its own. All primary cast did very well.
