dangermous

So, so disappointed in this effort. Luc besson has made some interesting films and I love the vampire genre so thought that this might be a classic.

Sadly, it was such a poor film that I could barely make it all the way through to the end. Throughout the film the main theme seemed to be flamboyant, frilly shirts and dresses with 2 dimensional, cartoonesque characters looking off stage left in a meaningful way to convey some hidden emotion....... This film was so 'flamboyant' that I think it will be a new favorite of the friends of Dorothy. I guess the french like that kind of thing?

The cinema photography was childish at best. It was like a series of still frame coolish looking pictures with no life or movement in them apart from the characters which added to idea that it was more like a flamboyant stage show than a movie........ The dialogue was pathetic, limited and the characters reacted to each other is such a fake way. It was cheesy and 2 dimensional.

There was virtually no elements to this film that I would consider horrific or traumatic. Any attempts at such endeavors were ruined by how all the scenes were so 'flamboyant' and and fake. Gods I hated this film so much. What a let down.

When you thought that disney couldn't possibly mess up star wars more than they already have, they make this utter tripe. The star wars universe has so much potential yet they keep making truly awful shows, what is wrong with them? I got as far as episode 5 but will not bother watching any more. It was like pulling teeth watching each episode. The way they speak to each other is so unreal. Humans just dont speak and react to each other like that. Was this show written by someone with learning difficulties? The story is so boring, nothing happens. They are either on the ship or on a ragtag planet/space station which is the same as the one on the last episode. It is just so dull!!!!

Hot and naked vampire alien chick sucks the lifeforce out of everyone she meets (ensnaring them with her breasts......) yep, you heard me right......... Her "ship" is piggy backing a ride on Hales Comet so i think it was only a quick stop off on Earth....... Obviously, the London boys sorted them out though..... I loved this film. Very quirky. Cool characters, though simple script and low end cinema photography. Plenty of character.

I feel like there should be more scfi / vampire mix ups. It's a shame hollywood hasn't come up with more scifi/vampire stuff. There could be a lot of room there for interesting new stories which would give us a break from the same old, same old if you know what I mean.
