This is seriously a school project given funding and names attached I have no idea why you get these names behind you to make such a full story that doesn't resonate to 99% of people. No ups and downs, just straight out boring. I had no idea what was going on till the end then even more confused at the end. It's ok to watch if you just want to see names acting but that's about it, it's should be a suspense but it's played down, could be a good drama but Tatum is a robot, ray liota I have no clue what police department even operates with a captain like that from all angles it just doesn't make much sense. Like I said a great film school project made with big names attached.
The first scene alone should tell you that it's like a bald Rajnikant doing it all, not so sure what the nonsense fuss is about probably typical nflx marketing out at it. Utter rubnish and AGAIN illogical. No world wide hero phenomenon here.
