I actually like the action part of this show more than the "romantic" aspect of it. I found the girl to be a bit annoying. With all the far more beautiful women that kept popping up on the show, I would have expected the lead woman to at least be more interesting and likable. She had high expectations of a guy who she really was only "dating" for two days. After finding out he was a special agent and using her, she expected everything to be back to normal afterward and didn't understand why he "left". There were just certain aspects of her character that just made cringe a little. I hope he runs off and leaves her at the end because she really is dragging down the show. I'm only on the tenth episode and getting close to my breaking point because of her character. I just don't see the chemistry between the two of them. Ick... Although, I'm continuing to watch the show because of the action and the bromance between the two guys. It's kinda cute...

I actually find the girl far more annoying than the guy. He was a jerk from the beginning and wanted her to be quiet about their situation from the beginning. But he had to face up to their situation because of how stupid she was. Everything that happened around them was because of how "slow" she was. The girl from "Clueless" was ditzy but had the capacity to be intelligent. Whereas this character had a slow reaction time to everything that was happening around her. She reminds me of "Joey" from friends. Got around in life because of his looks. That's exactly what I think of her. She's cute and gets away with being so stupid. I doubt a slightly less attractive girl would get away with that much dumbness. She lies and keeps secrets all the time but because she "sweet and nice" about it...jeesh... I kind of feel bad for Uehara. He was an antisocial jerk. Progressively as the show continued, he came out of his shell and became more social and considerate. Everyone hated how he treated her but I felt bad for him because of her. Having to deal with someone that dense could be trying...especially since she doesn't really tell him everything but expects him to tell her everything. I do find the other characters much more interesting than her. That's probably why I kept still watching it. But I think I might have my limitations if this girl doesn't start reacting a little faster...at least "normally"...ugh.
