I also don't get all the haters...another foray into R-Rated Marvel films & the very gory deaths & language in this justify the rating...but consider the subject matter - it's a film about Kraven, it involves a lot of gangsters, low-life criminals & gives us a Comic-adaption / SuperHero story explained in far more believable & better effects than before, along with an interesting cast. I found the acting good & the film fun, fast-paced & entertaining - I wasn't expecting to take my 12yo to it & unlike Madame Web, which I found boring & laughable, this is a decent flick I've now seen twice. Sequel I'm fine with...
