This is a great movie. An entertaining story, good acting, well dosed action and excitement, decent build-up and character development, good script and nice camera work in an attractive country-side scenery. It is all there. Orlando Bloom is a very good actor, and this role fits him well. I love revenge movies, because they satisfy my sense of justice. Don't listen to the negative criticism if the same holds for you. People who validate this movie less than 7 points have missed the point. The theme of the story is quite simple, and the movie does not pretend to be anything more than that. It is what it is, and i liked it a lot.

Whenever i see a movie like this, i realize that making a good movie is a real art, and that real art is quite rare. In this case, to say that it is not a good movie, is an understatement. Let's be honest, it is a bad movie, and it is actually plain terrible. The only nice thing to watch in it is the beautiful Montana landscape, but there are better options for that.

What struck me most is the very low quality acting, very unnatural and forced. This is parly due to the bad script, and partly due to the bad acting. The storyline is really simple and superficial too, which does not necessarily have to be a problem, but in this movie we are left with a very uninspired and unbelievable end product, that is embarrassing to watch.

This movie was a joy to watch. An exciting story, full of action, humor and great acting. The visuals are stunning and there was never a dull moment. Guy Pearce is the perfect choice for the main hero and he gave a first class performance. Maggie Grace also did a great job as the female captive of a bunch of deranged escaped criminals on a space station. A perfect setting for a perfect action movie. I highly recommend it.
