I read the other reviews, and I'm amazed that a lot of people like it. I' m watching it as I write this, and I don't like it. The characters are obnoxious and annoying, I mean the main two Greg and his wife. The other couple is OK, but even they can't save the show. Everything is so forced, and I didn't laugh at all. And a lot of stuff can make me laugh! I mean, I know that it's kinda old and everything, but it's not that old to be that bad. I don't wanna be harsh, but you know, I gotta be. The curly short hair of that main women is just bad. One thing I do actually think is good about the show, is that it does in some way show a pretty normal family, underneath all that forced comedy and storyline that is awful. Anyway, yeah, it is a classic sitcom, so I know why it's that bad. Still, not worth of my time.
So, I am a fan and I enjoy the show, but there are a few things bugging me. First of all, the first season was awful, now that I look back. Miley Cyrus was too young for the role. Second of all, the whole double life thing. I know it is just a show and everything, but still, it is extremely stupid. Especially in season 3 when Miley has bangs. She really looks like a brown haired version of Hannah Montana, and anyone with a little brain in their head would see that. Third of all, I sometimes dislike the character Miley. She gets so annoying and spoiled sometimes and very uncaring and sometimes she acts like a diva, which I can't stand. I also hate how she controls Lilly all the time. Lilly is treated very bad on the show, like some kind of a puppet. Otherwise, I love the show, it is very funny and I enjoy watching it, not even these things can spoil it for me. I also like the music, which is getting better, and better. Oh, and the the fourth season, Hannah Montana Forever, is great (though, I don't get the Forever part). You can see Miley has grown into a better actress. I almost forgot to review the actors. Miley Cyrus is funny and getting better with years. Emily Osment is great, really funny and she is perfect for the role. Billy Ray is bad, but his lines are funny. Jason Earles is very good, and I couldn't believe he is 30 and something, he did a great job portraying a teenager and a young adult. I will always be a Hannah Montana fan, no matter what. It's the show of my generation.
