I love Kelsey Grammar and I've always enjoyed Kristen Bell's performances. I was looking forward to this movie but it was a bit of a disappointment for me. It was really quite sad, poignant and although the cinematography was beautiful- it was spoiled with all the bad language. There's really no need for it- characters can express anger without cursing. I know I'm sounding like a prude, but good writing, story, acting etc should convey the storyline in itself.
It was very clichéd and turned out exactly as I thought it would, which was all well and good but maybe the cast made me think the movie would be better than this. Pity.

The laugh track is so distracting it's so hard to ignore. I agree with another reviewer where it would've been better to see a full season so we can see if gets better. Kelsey Grammar is still superb- jury's out on Nicholas Lyndhurst- preferred him with his cockney accent- but I guess he had to be "posh".
Freddy's friend is annoying and a terrible actor- really hoping it gets better. Niles' son, David is equally annoying. Shame really. Apparently, Ron appears at some point- I hope it's soon- some of the original characters are really needed to give a sense of comfort to all the fans. A really hard act to follow.

The music was truly awful- typical 80s electronic trash, which immediately dates the film. I love movie music but this surely could have been done so much better. Shame, really, because it wasn't too bad a movie!
