There is some good acting, the story isn't great tho. I don't think the movie is consistent regarding establishing trivia. Eric Stoltz as a mystery man carried the first half, replaced with Walken and it almost shifted the mystery - crime drama into grotesque horror parody that left more to be desired from a movie that started quite well.
I loved this show from first episode. Great premise, great cast, great writing. Situations from believable to absolute absurd resolution. Even the intros showed more creativity than 80% of today's television.
But with the finale episode, I kinda think they should have ended it with 3rd season. But why?
The kids playing kids are now teenagers playing kids. Neither Max nor Sahar show much of a character development so it seemed a bit .
For others like Asta or Darcy there is the classic Harmon / Whedon character development cycle, but it feels like adding too many externalities in season 4 changed the focus a bit out of the main characters.
Anyway, still gonna recommend this gem.

Where to begin. This movie is bad but not super bad for what it is.
To me it seems like the movie was made by three different people and final cut was done without anybody watching the full movie before releasing it.
There are OKish scenes, interesting scenes and some decent acting, occasionally... but put together is like a child with glue to make GI JoeBarbie with one lego arm.
There is no dramatic build up. The core scene for the whole plot and motivation of the good guy and bad guy comes too late and is presented in most civil drama-less fashion that it seems like there was some other plan and the whole plotline as added as an after thought to some silly cop training clip show.
