The subway joke was funny.

That was the only joke in this "comedy".

If you think one good joke is worth 90 minutes this movie is for you.

If you are tired of laughing at comedies and want to instead be depressed and anxious, this movie is for you.

That's about it.

The movie is basically a tragedy, not a comedy. If your life has had or has a lot of tragedy, you may enjoy it. If you are in a good place and contented with your family and friends, this will probably be hard to enjoy. If you are a student of film or a student of comedy, this may be interesting to you.

The movie closest to this style for me was "sorry to bother you" which I also hated. If we disagree on that film we may disagree on this as well...

Obi-Wan Kenobi is an incompetent observer in his own story. If he's not running away, confused by small fences, or clumsily giving away his identity, he's just being led around while other characters do things.

Yeah, I don't need this bait and switch in my life. If Obi Wan were really this incompetent and weak he would have accidentally run into badly-aimed storm trooper blaster fire a few decades earlier or been trapped in a cage with a really short fence.
