This documentary took me on a wonderful journey, getting to know and deeply care for its subjects. The life path of Kaikasha and her family... it's well shot, excellent editing, the score is engaging and supports the film nicely. I feel as if I really got to know each and every one of them - great direction. I've been moved and highly recommend this film!
Well shot, interesting plot twists and turns - jumped out of my seat several times - exactly what you want a supernatural movie to do - scare you! The suspenseful tone is sustained throughout, and I found the resolution gratifying. This indie gem shows you don't need gratuitous blood, guts, killing scenes, etc., to scare and thrill the audience. In the vein of The Exorcist and Paranormal Activity. If you like supernatural thrillers, this is a must see.
The characters are interesting and engaging, regardless of their questionable decisions - I was hooked. The intertwining of story lines was an effective representation of how we are all interrelated. Sex, drugs and rock & roll, indie style!
