'The Way We Were' is a romantic drama about a couple who, despite all their differences, fight for their love.
Overall, it's an enjoyable and emotional movie, with the main characters being the highlight of the movie and the story being not as good. The performances were also great and both leads did a great job with their characters.

'Mermaids' is a family drama with a stellar cast.
Everyone in the movie actually does a great job with their performances, especially the younger cast!
The atmosphere was also great, and the period drama nailed.
The story is also sweet, a coming of age drama with strong family vibes.
The pace was nice as well.

'Magpie Murders' is a mystery series that combines two murder cases in one.
The start of the series was kind of rockie and it wasn't engaging enough. But the second half was quite strong and the fictional murder was actually well crafted.
The performances were also great and everyone did an amazing job.
