Not bad at all but not great either. I think a rating of 5 stars is about right. Acting is good, no cringe moments for me. I checked a few people's IMDB profiles to see what else they've done. Writing and story is good. I felt hooked to keep watching right from the start. There were a few minutes when I thought the story was clichè but then it became interesting again - unique twist on a popular theme. I wouldn't call it a horror, the scare value is low, but I did enjoy the humour, actually laughed out loud a few times. Good one liners and funny dialogue here and there. Production value was good as well.
Overall it is one of the better indie movies I've seen. It's worth your while to watch, but I don't think I would watch it a second time.

I'm a big fan of Indie movies so I try to be fair in reviews and consider all aspects. With Blur I would say production value is really excellent. Storyline was a little weak and cliché, and acting a bit hit and miss. Police officer was great as well as a few of the supporting actors, but the female lead made me cringe. She is also a producer which made me suspect that's why she was cast in this role.
Overall enjoyable if you can ringfence the lead's acting. Considering this was filmed over 2 years on weekends, there are remarkably few continuity errors. Good effort, but not a movie I would watch a 2nd time.

Loved the humour relating to the self-centered nature of actors. Big fan of found footage webcam type movies and this one ticked the usual boxes. All the roles were enjoyable, I think the actors did a good job. I would rewatch this at some point.
