I honestly walked into this film expecting peak nonsense - the kind of illogical, silly, over-the-top cringe that at least gives you unintentional comedy. But no. Boyapati had other plans. Instead of "so bad it's fun," he delivered "so bad it's painful." It's boring, impossible to focus on, outrageously loud, ridiculously violent, and proudly brainless.

Balakrishna in the lead? Oh, absolutely perfect. Only he can play a protagonist written with the depth of a WhatsApp forward. No one else could survive this role without losing their sanity. Samyukta is the female lead, apparently. What she's doing here is one of the film's biggest mysteries - and trust me, the movie has many.

The rest of the cast? They don't act; they just attack the audience's patience.

And Boyapati... wow. He didn't push the limits - he launched himself into space. He has officially created a film so chaotic that scientists should genuinely study his brain activity. This movie alone explains why aliens refuse to make contact with Earth.

If you actually sit through this masterpiece of madness, please book a therapist afterwards. You deserve emotional support for surviving it.

The core idea of the film is simple but good. The story and character development are okay, nothing great but nothing terrible either. The screenplay moves very slowly and is quite predictable, but the emotional beats - especially in the second half - land well. People from Andhra might connect with the film more than audiences from Telangana, simply because of the cultural tone and sensibilities. Overall, it's an average film, not a bad one.

Ram and Upendra do justice to their roles, and Bhagyashree is fine in her part. The music and cinematography are good, and the production values are rich enough for a film of this kind.

If the promos caught your attention, you might enjoy it. This generation's youth may like it even more, since they haven't watched as much diverse content as the older generation, so this might feel fresh to them.

The makers claim this story is based on a real incident from 15 years ago in a village. But honestly, the story itself isn't very interesting, and the screenplay is quite weak. It starts with a young guy and a young woman falling in love - shown as pure, honest, innocent and all that - and naturally the parents become the villains. In this case, it's the girl's father, who is written almost like a stubborn, psycho-type person.

The problem is, the protagonist himself is not very interesting or relatable. Most of the scenes are flat, dull, and borderline boring. Even though the director seems honest with his intentions, the overall structure feels very conventional, almost like the producers forced him to follow a routine, safe template. The narration also sticks to that old-school style.

There are a few good scenes that work emotionally and feel realistic, but the rest feel like fillers-just scenes added to drag the story forward. The film pins everything on the climax, but even that doesn't have the impact it should have. It's tragic and slightly shocking, but not powerful enough to elevate the movie.

On the acting side: Akhil is okay but feels a bit too cinematic and less natural.

Tejaswi looks good and performs naturally - she's the best of the lot.

Chaitu overacts, but somehow it suits the role.

Production values are decent. One song is good. Cinematography is okay-ish. Background score is actually good - one of the few positives.

Director Saailu clearly tried to make the film authentic and rooted, but the weak writing holds it back.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this film. If you still want to give it a try, maybe wait for OTT.
