I don't know why this drama has no review on IMDB. If you're 9X in Vietnam, you will know this legend. It starts the trend of royal beauty in Mainland. 4 beauties, 4 life stories, 4 talenter actresses. You won't regret your time. The last episode made me cry times and times I rewatched. Sheren Tang was 40yo when she acted in this drama, but her act skill is really impressive. I also like Yiyi Lai. Her eyes can tell you what the character thinks. Very talented. Extremely highly recommended to thoses who start to watch TVB dramas.

I like this movie, even the fandom of the book (or Swedish movie version) is trying to down its point. If you haven't read the original book, just give this movie a try. This is worth to watch. Although the length is quite long (2h), it's still good as long as the story is given properly. I also give thumb-up for Claire, she did her part very well. The precious dialogue between Lisbeth and Camilia at the end of the movie gives me a lot of thoughts of how much we should care about our true love. I definitely will find the book series to be deep insight into this story.

Many of my friends suggest me watching that film and I feel like wasting my time with it. The story gives a good lesson of love. Don't let somebody force you to be she/he wants. You should choose the way you want to live, even it' very hard to accept. I actually don't like any costumes for Emilia, except for a bee tight and mint glasses. A cameraman should be review himself how he destroyed that film by his stupid records, like while we need to see how characters feel each other, and thư viewer only can see their back. Acting by Emilia is not good enough, I can't feel the hurt that she should have. Voice of main male character should be more improved, it sucks all moments of love... I let this film be in 7 due to the story and the background scenes, no for the characters.
