The movie seems to be nice before you watch it but you find out soon that it's not. The thing is you cant follow the plot, i could hardly understand what was going on in the movie, the dialogs were boring and the action quite fake and not believable.It's a typical movie trying to impress with action but it fails,there is no originality. Shootings some view of Sahara's landscape and that's it. It's a pity it looked like a good action movie but it wasn't. There isn't anything to remember, there is no connection with the characters, it's a movie for public consumption. I guess most people felt the same,the movie was lower than their expectations. A poor movie movie for 2 good actors ,they could surely use them better

Hey,i really like the movie,i don't know why people give for it bad critics and ratings,i've seen about 7 Elvis movies and this one is probably my favorite,sure when the movie was filmed Elvis had his issues but this doesn't affect the result of the movie.Yes the plot is a common one like the most are..., Elvis changes places with a ''poor'' guy and pretends to be him,most movies use typical scenarios,what's the problem with that?i've still enjoyed the movie:).I found it very entertaining.I have both the soundtrack and the movie,the first song i really noticed and loved from the movie was 'a house that has everything' in which Elvis sings to Shelley Fabares while they were went out together.I love Shelley Fabares as a co-star she was such a pretty and charming girl ,here she plays the girl who is trying to find a rich guy and make a wealthy marriage.Generally the soundtrack is very good and the songs fit to the plot.many say that Elvis movies were bad cause they were not serious but why should they be only dramatic to take them seriously?many actors made a careers playing in light-hearted movies,the fact they are light-hearted does not make them bad and this movie it is really nice to watch .So i think the movie is great and very underrated when they rate it as a bad one while it is a great one,i'm glad i bought it

i cant see what's the big deal out of this movie,there are 3 different stories in the movie but really actually there is no plot!I think out of all the characters Samuel Jackson was the best,the dialogs were OK but i cant say i laughed or that i found the sarcasm clever.This is a multi-awarded movie for some reason but for me it is just mediocre movie,far from being one of the greatest movies of all time,i've seen tones of better movies.The movie ofcoure is pointless,violence,dirtiness is what the movie offers you,i don't know what the cinema critiques where thinking and praised the movie,i don't think an average viewer would care about this movie and in my opinion is way overrated.I have the movie on DVD so maybe i'll re-watch it in the future but i don't think my rating will change much and i'm pretty amazed that it's claimed to be one of the greatest
