Title pretty much says it all.
If you enjoy that genre of films, you'll, I'd say, like this. Although, I don't think this is a particularly good entry, as I don't think it's very suited to the source material, or even audience.
A shame, because it started off okay, but has slowly gone downhill. More and more with each episode. Still leaving none of the characters likable, and us with kind of a boring story, to the point where I'm now watching each episode sped up, and even skipping through some parts.
My only hope is that this takes Tatiana to bigger and better roles, and gives her the recognition she deserves.

The first 6 episodes are very enjoyable to watch. Written practically anthologically, and like plays. Very interesting. But I can also see some people liking to see some things explored more. Although, I'd imagine they would be in a future season (hopefully we get one).
The episodes after though, are a different story. There were good moments, and it's sort of along the lines of what you'd want to see, given that Dream was imprisoned for so long, but I wasn't a fan of the execution. Without spoiling anything, it kind of loses focus.
Then there's episode 11, which could practically be its own special, and not as a part of the first season. I thought it was good.
I also have to say something about whether there's anything, ironically, "woke". And, I don't know, as I haven't read the book, so I can't say if there's anything different. But there is definitely a lot of, let's say, "inclusivity".
Overall though, it's at least worth watching for the first half, and maybe the bonus episode 11, and as I wrote, I do hope we get a second season, but if we do, I hope it gets back in focus, otherwise I don't know if I'll stick around for a third.

Episode rating breakdown: 1: 👍 - A little slow, but a good start. Cool CGI, and a very good, maybe even the best, depiction of current day high school I've seen (a bit dramatized, but that's to be expected).
2: 👎 - Weird intro, mostly cheese, and with only the last like 10 minutes being good. A noticeably different writer.
3: 👎 - Dumb rom-com/chick-flick type episode, with very dumb villains.
4: 👎 - I fell asleep.
5: 👍 - Interesting enough.
6: 👎 - Super Mario's great escape.
