It is basically the same concept as the 90s show, Brimstone. But instead of a cop, we get a bounty hunter. The main difference is that this show is less grim, more fleshed out and thanks to the glorious Kevin Bacon and his cohorts, there is a nice feeling of quirkiness.
And it just feels so right with Beth Grant playing mother to Kevin Bacon's character.
There are also nice little details that one may overlook but if you pay attention, it will tell you plenty about how the character ended up in his predicament.... like the duct tape that is layered up on the cars rear bumper.
A really solid show! I highly recommend!
