Went into the cinema with an open attitude and was hoping I would be satisfied. Sorry James Gunn but this is not Guardians of the Gallaxy and not a Marvel Movie. The movie doesn't really take us on a journey but more what can we do to stuff up the legend of Superman.

The only character I enjoyed was Luther and what was with the untrained dog, I don't remember Clark Kents parents being so dumb and hick and when did he have robots in his Ice home. Why mess with a good thing looks like DC are doing what Marvel did and loosing the actors that made them what they are.

Why are we seeing movies going into the past all the time, some work but most don't.

I found this movie rather annoying at times, you relate to a character with their words and how they behave and the actions they do. The main human characters did not blend well into the story and did not follow a line that matched the story it was too predictable. We all recognise actors for their voice and when that voice does not match the character it does not bode well for the movie and the Director. Transformers will never be the same for me now give me more of the old with some of the characters who paid their dues over time.

With a great cast I was expecting so much more. Title should of been dysfunctional family that try's not to chase storms. Watched the entire movie hoping it would get better, but alas no. The back ground music didn't match what was happening it made it lead into something great was going to happen but nothing. You never get to see any great action scenes everything just leads up to something but falls flat. At one stage I thought the son was a teenager with well below average intelligence as he did some enormously stupid things and his behaviour was like that of a child. Sorry to say but 4 star was very generous and do not recommend this movie at all.
