I find the topic of cults etc fascinating so had to give this a watch and I've watched a couple of YouTube videos on this sort of thing going on in America.
It's an interesting watch and I'm glad more and more stories about this stuff is finally coming out, and these ex students tell their stories well.
In regards to the filming, you can tell it's self filmed on a budget and there's nothing wrong with that but if it's getting put on Netflix, they should have refined and edited it for the makers to make it more professional and make the flow better. Which is 100% on Netflix not the makers.
The one thing that wasn't clear whilst watching was dates on when all this happened so I had to Google the school for reference as the ex students look near 40s but act like their in their 20s so it wasn't clear. Which then leads to the interviews, they aren't very professional so I think that could have been improved and refined.
But overall a good watch especially if you're interested in this topic.
