This show is just not funny. Anthony Anderson is not funny, or interesting for that matter. And Doris, I'm sorry but I have the same opinion about you. I would like to say that I've experienced at least one laugh, or even just one chuckle, but I haven't. I'm sure that Anthony and Doris are funny when they're sitting around having dinner as a family, but it's not funny as a TV project.. Maybe there's someone else in their family that would be better on camera. But I think that Doris comes off as annoying and snarky. And I guess that that is what they are going for here, to have an opinionated, hard-talking mother, with Anthony as the straight man. Good idea on paper maybe, but it just doesn't work.

Worst boxing movie ever made. Will Smith is possibly the most over-rated actor ever. And Michael Mann is an average television director, at best. He uses close-up camera shots just like every other bad television and film director does. Close-up camera shots serve to hide what the defects of the film are, not to further the storytelling.

It's just amazing how many people of the viewing public, including producers and directors have bought into the horrible acting of Will Smith.

Him winning the Best Actor award at the NAACP Image Awards a couple of weeks ago is no different than Orenthal James Simpson.being found not guilty.of 2 murders in 1995.

Probably the worst show to ever make it on air. Absolutely not one thing to recommend it. It exposes Leno as having not one iota of talent, let alone comedic talent. Makes one wonder how he's even sustained a career this long. But it does provide an answer to why Jay's kept his sidekick Kevin Eubanks around. He's the only man with less charisma than Jay.
