This was the final show of the series. Perry Mason had a final show as well. The Perry Mason murder mystery was about a murder that took place on the set of a Western television series filming the last episode. So it was the last episode about a last episode. The judge in the show was played by Earl Stanley Garner the author of the Perry Mason books. And the show included all of the production people who had worked on the Mason series. That is what is happening here. The murder Chloe investigates starts on a television production set. It ties to a NASCAR event but quickly returns to the production area. I'm guessing the people in the show are the same people who have worked for three years on the episodes. It is a generous way of saying goodbye to everyone who starred on the show and worked on its production. IMHO.
What the heck? Mountain, snow kid, she?
I have watched every episode and I don't get it.
Really, Perry Mason episodes have the worst bandages of any show on television. The cast and crew must have gotten some really great laughs over the bandages they used in the shows. I can't believe that any make-up people worth their salt could possibly construct such silly things.
