When I saw this was coming out I was so hyped as such a huge fan of the Alien franchise. Alien: Earth is a COMPLETE FAIL. My significant other thought it was dull and unexciting unlike how the movies are and stopped watching at a single episode. She said there wasn't anything about it she thought had anything worth watching. My friends and I have watched all the episodes so far and there is nothing here. There is practically no action, very little Alien screen time or drawn out fights, or no enticing story. How critics are saying this is better than most of the Alien movies I'll never understand. Anyone I know that's watching it or tried to watch it has no far literally HATED basically about this show. Disney just seems to be ruining everything they touch. The need to sell off the rights for Alien to someone who knows what they're doing and can actually elevate Alien to the next level. Alien: Earth is just destroying the franchise.

When I heard this was coming out I was excited. Ad to that the people involved in the film are involved in this animation franchise.

But watching it is just so dull, boring, and completely uninteresting.

I tried to watch as much as I could tolerate to give it a fair shake but it's just horriable.

I wish I had anything positive to say about it.

But just stay away.

Besides it's Disney+ so even if you like it the will cancel it after one season like they do with 99% of their shows.

Hardly any laughs. It's a massive disappointment compared to the original. I was excited to see this was coming and I expected Sandler to more into this compared to his typical low quality flicks pumped out on Netflix at absurd purchase prices. Sadly why they spent some (limited) money on this one the quality isn't where it should be.
