I don't know why so many people are saying it's dull. Yes, the slow pace needs getting use to, it reminds me of other crime shows set in the past. There are quite a few good character actors in this series, it's nice to see. I was surprised the vicar didn't have any sermons and the church always seemed dark. He also agreed to quickly to become a hack detective.
I'm giving it 6/10.

So glad to see our favourite Chelsea Detective is back. The team are trying to solve a murder that takes place in a Chelsea allotment that's been taken over by a neighbour waiting for a plot when the owner was unreachable.
Meanwhile Adrian is trying to his hand at dating after his long separation from Astrid. Which turns out interesting when he asks someone out during the investigation.
All the original cast are still in this series. It's lovely to see Kew Gardens featured in this episode, it really makes you want to visit soon.
This episode is fantastic. You can watch it in the UK on UKTV.

There's lots of people criticising this series because it's "not as good as the French" version. I haven't seen the French version and thought Ten Percent is very funny in parts. It takes a few episodes to get into it, but really enjoyed the cast and special appearances, especially Dominic West as a frightened actor.
