Ravi varman cinematography is the real Varma kalai of this film, sets and production is prety good. Storey is non existent and no real reason to do this film. Shankar is washed up and he is trying to take kamal with him. Theres is zero logic in this film and all characters are so under developed. The villain sj suriya is there max for 3 minutes in this film.pacing is okay 3hrs dint feel too long. But the varma kalai fighting scenes are so cringe at some parts. Shankar after enthiren is not doing a good job, half the dialogues kamal speaks is in english . Clearly shows shankar needs a good scrip writer to make a good film.
Needs patience to watch this movie and enjoy it but its worth it. The script and directing seems weak at parts. I think ridley is getting old but tye production was top notch.
Pretty bad writing and pacing. Pretty dry movie. Great acting by the actors tho. Except Calum, he straight up sucked.
