I love movies more than everything in this world. I love to watch them everyday and every second of my life. I love Horror movies, adventure, comedy, thriller, gangster, noir, mystery and documentaries. Movies shouldn’t be so long, not more than 2h 30m, I prefer the ones which last about 90 minutes. Movies with so many dialogues aren’t my most favorite, although it depends on their story. I don’t criticize movies but sometimes I write some reviews about them. I think Cinema is dying and we should revive it with making great movies. Let’s make great movies

  • A Crime Noir Which Was Directed By the Novelist Who Couldn't Make a Good Film... .

A good crime noir story with great stars. It would've been a New-Wave classic if it had had a better director and editor. Because even the edit and cuts were cheap and bad. The story hasn't anything less than New-Wave classic like Jean-Pierre Melville's crime movies but Melville was a great director and he knew how to make a good crime/gangster film. Also it was a comedy crime/gangster films unlike cold blooded Melville's movies and that's why it was rated such a low grade in IMDB because of the comic dialogues or scenes which are really risky in crime/gangster films. This was one the first movies directed by José Giovanni and that's why the cinematic technics and shooting scenes are so bad that you can realise that it was the filmmaker's first films. Even tho Giovanni wrote the the break, the novel that was adapted by Jacques Becker as his fantastic film the Hole, we can realise that Giovanni is a good writer but a bad filmmaker. So I guess that any other director could make this film much better than Giovanni himself as it was started by Jean-Paul Belmondo and Claudia Cardinale. That's why I marked it 4 outta 10 in my Watch list.

  • An Action Survival which is Already Expired!!!

This is kinda a movie that you can only watch once and I don't consider such films bad. I think that these kinda actions are expired by now and the moment that the movie was published. Even tho it was the most successful original fil by Netflix as it was the top-streamed item in its debut weekend, then fell to sixth place (but third among films) in its second week. Even tho Netflix estimated the film would be watched by about 90 million households during its first month of release, the biggest premiere in the service's history, but it returned to the site's top-10 during the 4th of July weekend. In July 2020, Netflix said the film had been watched by 99 million households in its first four weeks of release, the most-ever for one of their original films and let's consider the fact that it was premiered during the peak period of Corona virus pandemic. You can also compare this film to its similar action classics in 2010s like Bourne collection, John Wick collection, The Raid collection, Mad Max Fury Riad, etc... . That's why I think that it was already expired by the moment it was premiered. The movie hadn't any originality both in its action scenes and storyline. The only feature is the locations which were mostly in Indian crowded neighbourhoods. Anyway I think the movie wasn't something especial but it worths to watch it at least once... .
