This movie is the embodiment of mediocrity in every way, from acting to art direction, the story and cinematography; no amount of disgusting scenes of gore and mutilation, or empty heavy-handed sex can fill that void. But to add insult to injury, scenes of cars driving on the left in the middle of Baghdad, and the clumsiness in details are annoying.
While most of the documentary is a relatively fair (at times inaccurate when comes to medical details) account of what led to Shah's death, the last minute or two sounds like a page from the GOP playbook criticizing Obama's foreign policy. A few sentences about democracy and Trump's future plan in a documentary about Shah's death 40 years ago? Very odd to say the least!
Someone has posted the end in a review. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just when I hoped someone might blow some sense to this joke, you showed me how it is getting even worse towards the end. You saved me 4 boring hours of junk. Now I can go back to watching Season 1, and pretending this thing was only a nightmare.
