  • "We're in a fight for our lives...with ourselves."

This documentary is about Bryan Johnson, an American entrepreneur and tech millionaire turned biohacker, who invests vast resources into an extreme anti-aging regimen called Project Blueprint.

I agree with much of what Bryan says, though it's easier said than done. We still eat junk food, smoke, drink, and neglect sleep despite knowing better. I found his project fascinating-the lengths he goes to in exploring aging are extreme, but still remarkable and important. I don't get why he gets so much hate. Personally, I could never live that way, but I can at least improve my own habits.

That said, I wish the documentary had shown more detail about his routines-like what pills he takes-instead of focusing so much on workouts, his shirtless lifestyle, and his relationship with his son, which felt irrelevant. At 89 minutes, it easily could've been trimmed by 20-30 minutes without losing anything important.

While some critics dismiss him as delusional or an idiot, time will tell whether Bryan proves to be a pioneer in the field of aging. It's ultimately his life and his money, and he should be free to pursue this without undue criticism. Regardless, I found the documentary an interesting watch.
