Pure entertainment. You can not look the way. Gripping and haunting.
Why does it need to be a projection on the state of film making or a satire about rich people. Why this movie is not a simple thrilling cheeseburger with a side of fries?
The snobbery and pretentious attitudes are a plenty. Yet this is a good movie, a movie that you enjoy and feel satisfied with the beauty of a simple piece of work done right.
Movies are supposed to make us feel something while being entertaining, this one does not disappoint in the least, time well spent, thoroughly fulfilling, excellent evening.
My sincere complements to the chef. Bravo!

Everyone mourned 10, we mourned 11.
What a gut wrenching experience. The movies puts you in an emotional vice that keeps getting tighter as the movie progresses. Cathartic does not even begin to describe this.
These actors rendered a sublime performance, all four, I do not remember of of their other roles and perhaps this immersed me further into the experience. I was not watching a movie, I was in this room, I was not aware of my surroundings, it was almost a weird sensation when the movie ended and we started looking at each other in disbelieve.
The five stages of grief model postulates that those experiencing grief go through a series of five emotions: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. You can witness each one of these stages in that room, palpable, visceral, tangible, haunting and gripping
No words can describe the loss of a child as experienced by his parents, and losing your child in this manner can take away your sanity, can render you hopeless, faithless and in a void.
Not sure that I want to talk about who deserves what award here, but this movie should not be in the category of entertainment, this should be in a category by itself.
Still in awe of what did I just witnessed here, still trying to comprehend, not sure I can see this again, I am afraid.

Nothing in this movie that you would not hear on any opening monologue for the usual suspects, Colbert, Fallon Kimmel, Noah... However this movie is a blast... I was laughing out loud multiple times... The pace of the story telling is well calibrated, the absurdity of the plot is scary real... Throughly enjoyable experience... Please don't listen to the critics, this is a very funny movie.
This movie is not about the actors, given all the A+ listers here, the writing is the real protagonist here.
