First of all its not that kind of artistic cinema (but may be its a art of a kind), where you go and ask for logic to every scene but its an fantasy and imagination of director to entertain you. I was expecting style, good music,cheesy action, cheesy dialogues, too many plot twist, villian & hero and there battle and madness and at the end i felt i got it.
Being said that movie was silly in treatment of few scenes and buildup of story plot but again ask your self what you are looking for from this movie.

It was definitely one time watch and yes far better then thugs of hindustaan being said that it was not a perfect movie but there were some negetive & positive elements ,its a fictional movie with fictional background so firstly you have to believe in that.
Positive
-Sanjay dutt's and ranbir's performance.
-background score(specially shamshera theme).
-emotions in few scenes.
-typical bollywood masala.
Negetive
-too many songs.
-vaani looking too modern(acting was good).
-slow in many parts,but still felt story was rushed.
-direction and editing could have been more tight.
But i enjoyed because i got connected with the journey of character(ranbir).

I went for this movie because back in my childhood i was a big fan of buzz lightyear and the day trailer came out i was very excited for this movie,story was pretty orginal and refreshing but i felt depth was missing,some where in between movie was not very engaging but I really liked all characters specially chris evans as lightyear.
