The franchise has to consists of 3 or more movies to qualify. Franchises are taken from Wikipedia so may include unusual collections (e.g. a series of 2 movies and a reboot eg. Charlie's Angels) and unofficial collections (e.g. the Alex Cross trilogy that wasn't technically a connected trilogy). Also smaller franchises connected to a larger universe will be included in the universe (e.g. Captain America series will be ranked in their individual series and then ranked as part of the MCU) The first entry in each franchise will be selected to identify the franchise, and the ranking will be written below it. Listed in alphabetical order. (slowly making progress)

Obviously all movies don't just belong to one genre so if it seems odd for a movie to be in a certain genre its probably because i have another movie in place of that in the genre it could belong to (eg. The Silence of the Lambs belongs to Horror and Thriller, its typically labelled a Psychological Thriller, but i have it under Horror-Noir because Horror-Noir is a more niche genre and i haven't seen many and i put American Pschyo in the Psychological Thriller spot)
