Hollywood runs the same playbook here, but ramped up. The villains are caricatures such as white supremacists, corrupt military officers, and abusive men in power. The "heroes" are revolutionaries who bomb, destroy, and kill, yet the film frames them as noble resistance fighters. Morality is inverted. Chaos is celebrated while order and authority are demonized.
Critics will praise it and awards will follow because it checks every ideological box while being wrapped in prestige filmmaking. The talk of "mocking both sides" is just a shield. In reality this is one of the most one sided stories to hit the screen in years.
Movies like this do not just entertain. They shape culture. They glorify revolution and vilify authority and order. Technically impressive, yes, but unmistakably propaganda.

Just saw Wicked. It wasn't as bad as I expected. There was some culture war content, but it wasn't overdone. I'm still unsure how much I like musicals, but a few songs were surprisingly good, and the set design was impressive.
What bothered me most was how the Good Witch was overly ditzy and the Wicked Witch was portrayed too much as a hero, making the characters feel flat. They felt too far from the roles they eventually take on in The Wizard of Oz. The pacing also dragged-cutting 30 minutes of fluff would've made a big difference.
Overall, I'd give it a 7/10. Despite its flaws, it held my attention, the acting was solid, and in the end, it was decently fun.

I loved A Complete Unknown. To me, it is a story of lost innocence-a modern fall from Eden. Dylan's relentless chase for what he thinks will make him happy only highlights his longing for what he has already lost. The problem is, he doesn't know who he is. His evolving relationships mirror the changes in his music, and by the end, he seems to realize that whatever he's become, he regrets some of his choices because there's no going back.
And the soundtrack? Absolutely killer-every track perfectly captures Dylan's transformation and inner conflict, making the film an unforgettable theater experience.
