Nicely developed ethos, logos and pathos 👍. At first the light tone and fast-pace took getting used to, but as I soon saw, the heavy subject matter was nicely intertwined with the 'shaadi ka drama' scenes. The brave screenplay just shines, especially the scenes where our heroes, Kartik and Aman stand up for themselves. Kudos to the filmmakers! 👍👍🌈
Love this movie! Seen it twice already ..both viewings brought out tears.
Better than Love, Simon in that it has a linear storyline, no uncharacteristic lying, and conveys the lead character's development so well 😍
As much as I like this series so far (I'm just at season 1, episode 4), I sometimes want to slap Ephram right across the face for having a chip on his shoulder and being so hostile towards his father! So.. do all doctors' sons really feel like that? Simply unable to accept that their parent may sometimes be absent due to the unpredictable nature of their work?? It's not like Dr.Brown was out in New York spending time with a mistress or a second family or something! I'm glad Greg Berlanti could come up with a clever and heartfelt drama like this, but Ephram is just too one-dimensional. And the way he acted out towards Amy in this episode.. gosh..! Snappy, sullen and sharp-tongued.. such a difficult boy!!! But of course, he's just a teenager and at that age supposedly unable to cope any better with what he's facing.. If I was also like this back then, how silly I must have looked :) Watching relational dramas like this makes me appreciate adulthood, lol.
