  • Some may think it slow, however...

Some movies are not for everyone. This film isn't really about an actor or his team of people. It's about choices. The choices we all make each day and each year that add up to our life.

It feels like every middle to late middle aged person should relate to the characters in this film, even if they've made good choices (or ones they can live with).

If only we could do it over again, I wonder how we'd all do?

  • A Touching Possibility

For those who only want to see their heroes in their prime and unmatched by anything or anyone else this film will fall flat.

But for those who understand the full spectrum of life and that it includes mistakes and regrets it is a story worth watching.

Well acted and simple yet interestingly set, it showed that connection can come from where we least expect it and that helping someone is one of the most important aspects of life.

Of course these aren't new lessons yet the way they were told left me feeling hopeful. Worth the time especially if you like Sir Ian.

  • I witnessed Originality and Excellence

Having just finished this amazing show I found myself thinking often how much I enjoyed it and wished there were more like it.

The writing was quirky and fun and made for well rounded characters who were played by some of my favorite actors as well as some I've not seen who performed their craft as admirably as their well known costars. One in particular that I hope to see more of is Ryan Kiera Armstrong who gave early Natalie Portman vibes and who I hope has many future opportunities.

If you're reading this to decide if you should watch this series then you have to ask yourself what kind of person you are.

I hope Ethan keeps making shows like this for a long time and thank him and everyone who made this happen.
