I went to the cinema to see this as it was something I'd heard of (but wasn't on my shortlist of shows to see in London) and I vaguely remembered the original documentary. It was amazing and I'm now addicted to this show. Stunning performances by all the cast. John McCrae was flamboyant, loveable and full of pathos in equal measure as Jamie. The relationship between Jamie and his best friend Priti (Lucie Shorthouse) was beautifully played. This relationship further backing up the central theme that you can be completely different to each other but still have strong and supportive relationships.
