A lot of great things going on here, but writing quality declines as the show progresses into season 2.
Tragedy is ok, but this was relentless storytelling. The endings for most of the plot point was left largely unsatisfying given the amount of build up.
Acting, chemistry, set design, and musical score was all phenomenal. Writing towards the end left much to be desired and SA themes were too common throughout.
The show didn't necessarily have to have a happy ending, but what we got was 3 tragedies to every miracle which escalates into 3 larger tragedies - it transcends grizzly realism into the unnecessary.

Watching this movie felt like the first proper movie theater experience I have had in years.
Better than the original. Neatly balanced action, humor, Nostalgia, sentiment, and shirtless scenes.

I found myself very entertained and even moved by the first quarter of the film. As time went on it felt like they were trying too hard to make the formula work.
While I walked away having had enjoyed the movie, I probably will not be watching it again.
